Stayed in a trekkershut for a few nights. It was clean and had everything needed. Check-in was fast. Used the snackbar once, decent food. Good for a short stop. No complaints.
Consistently good experience
This was our third time at Bergumermeer, and they're always reliable. We usually book a kampeerplaats and this time was no different. The pitches are well-maintained, and the facilities are always clean. We rented bikes this trip, which was super convenient. It's nice to see that the restaurant still has those great fries. They keep things consistent, which is why we keep coming back. Never had an issue that wasn't quickly resolved.
Amazing holiday, loved it!
Oh my goodness, our stay at Bergumermeer was incredible! We stayed in one of the safaritenten and it was so unique and comfortable. The kids absolutely adored the kinderboerderij and spent hours there. My husband and I even tried the zeilboot huren, which was such a fun experience we won't forget. The animatieprogramma for the kids was fantastic, they were entertained all day long. Everything was just perfect, we had such a wonderful time. We are definitely coming back next year!
Good park, minor issues
We booked a vakantiehuis for a week last month. The house itself was clean and well-equipped, and the kids really enjoyed the binnenzwembad and the interactive hit arena. The location near the water is fantastic for watersports. I rented a kano one afternoon and it was great. The only thing I'd mention is that the wifi, while available everywhere, was a bit slow, especially in the evenings when more people were using it. Customer service at check-in was friendly and helpful, though. Overall, a solid choice for a family holiday, good value for what we paid.
